Wryn Spring Bling dots.

Evening all
I've been playing with Tiddly Inks image called Wryn Spring Bling to join the Tiddly Inks polka dots challenge  so I went all out spotty....

I went with the purple and yellow colour scheme and the little bit of minty green and stuck with the dotty theme with the circle dies. To finish I added a few little purple pearls.

Hope you like her

Pansy Potter

Afternoon - Im a bit late posting for Dr Digi today as we had a little party last night to watch Eurovision so everything is being done in slow motion today and I forgot I hadn't schedule my posts.. D'oh. Think maybe I have pickled a few brain cells!!

So this is Pansy Potter

Autumn or Spring Girl?

Evening - Challenge #93 has begun at All Dressed Up blog and for this month I have coloured this image called Autumn Girl.
But I thought she was also a perfect image for spring with her lovely scarf and denim skirt. I teamed her up with a denim frame I cut using a MyFfavourite Things scalloped die.  And then one of those rare things happen where I remembers something in my stash... these matching Thickers letters in the same animal print which is so "On trend" right now.

I hope you like her and will join in with our challenge.

Little Mermaid

Hello
There is a new challenge starting today at  The Paper Shelter Challenge and the theme this week is Lace & Pearls. I have used an image called Little Mermaid on Vacation

The coral papers are just beautiful and is from ... I used die cuts from Marianne designs for the shells and My Favourite things dies for the seaweed leaves. I added a pearl in the clam shell and a pearl swirl around the top.

I coloured the image with Copics and used stickles on her tail.  Finally I added the frame and put a band of lace on the folded edge of the base card.

I hope you like her and will all join in the challenge,

Curvy Yellow birthday

Afternoon... I love love love this image from Stamping bella called Curvy girl bride rubber stamps
that I was lucky enough to get my sticky fingers on in the new release at Dies to die for.
(Fab shop that I highly recommend btw)
Now I know its supposed to be a wedding dress but I don't need to make any of those at the mo and really wanted to colour this up so I went rouge and did the dress yellow! Possibly my favourite colour - its so happy!! I  went with a completely different background colour to make the yellow pop even more and used this gorgeous pink wash paper from Cocoa Vanilla Happiness collection.

I coloured the image with copics and used a little stickles on her ribbon which I have tried to show in the picture below. I did some serious pleatage practice with this one on the skirt but think they look pretty good. I  went with a completely different background colour to make the yellow pop even more and used this gorgeous pink wash paper from Cocoa Vanilla Happiness collection.

I'm chuffed with how this card has turned out with the extra large brithday clear sticker from Pebbles too and the black and white striped paper from My Favourite things. Finally a few yellow enamel dots finished off the card.

All for me from now - Have a lovely weekend,

Wryns Avatar

Morning -

I coloured up this image for the Copic Uk Challenge and the theme this month is "Avatar."
This means colouring an image a bit different from what you expect... so blue skin or a green sky or a pink sheep. At first I was bit daunted by the idea but it was actually very liberating.

I have used Wryn's Glasses Tiddly inks and coloured her with blue tone skin and green hair -she was very nearly a smurf!!
I used spotty paper from Echo Park and mounted it on Blue satin card. I used Pebbles greeting on 3d foam to add the "Hi"

I hope you like her and the effect of this challenge. Be great to see you have a go and enter!

Summer tortoises

Hello -
Im back with the second new release images from  All dressed Up stamps from etsy.
And this one is called Summer Tortoises  and they just screamed to me to be layered up for dimension so I printed them out several times and cut one layer away each time. There are four layers in total.

The paper is from Lawn Fawn Really Rainbow collection and I coloured the image with Copics. The greeting is from Pebbles and I added a little die cut flower and leaves from My Favourite things.

I made the card  on a hill fold to be a 3d stand up base and used a brad to hold the card together.

Connie Confectionery

Morning -
Feeling a bit more mojo this week!! I think it was the obvious sparkle that Connie's outfit demand that told me it had to be pink! Isn't she brilliant - I would love to do this one day! How much fun would it be to jump out of a massive cake and I reckon I could probably eat a cake this big!! If you want to get this image she is called Connie Confectionery  from Dr Digi

The papers are from Doodlebug and I can't for the life of me remember what make the die cut Happy Birthday is from... I've had it ages. The sparkle is Stickles star dust and I added a mixture of gems and enamel dots in co-ordinating colours.

I hope you like Our Connie and will share what you create with her!

Thanks for stopping by - have a great bank holiday weekend
