Bundles of Joy
Morning -
This time next week is Mothers Day here in ol'Blighty so I though I would do a lovely traditional image of a Mum from Dr Digi! She really is a classy lady this one but I'm sure there are many out there who would find this image hilarious. And even funnier... It is called Bundles of joy! I think many Mums will relate to the situation even if they don't quite have this look going on!!
The image is called Bundles of Joy and I have used a My Favourite things die to cut around her. The image is colored with Copics and the base card is covered in paper from Lawn Fawn. I drew the wobbly lines around the edges with a fine line marker. The greeting is stamped and stuck above a die cut gold star with 3D foam.
I hope you like this card and it makes you chuckle as it did me!

Growing Up is optional
Hello
-
I am sharing you a card I made for the Father in Laws birthday last weekend. I loved this sentiment and thought this image called Duncan Disorderly was perfect to go with it.
I am sharing you a card I made for the Father in Laws birthday last weekend. I loved this sentiment and thought this image called Duncan Disorderly was perfect to go with it.
Curious
how the "creative process" works (Not really sure I can call what I do
something so professional...!!) I wonder if you build a card or pick an
image around an idea or something in your craft stash or if like me you
as I just colour and see what happens!!
I used dies, Striped paper and the stamped sentiment from My Favourite things. I coloured the image with copics and the letters are Thickers from American Crafts.
I hope you like Duncan and I will be back next Sunday with more fab Dr Digi images,

That's Amore for All Dressed Up
Have I ever told you how much I love the All Dressed Up images ? They are just fab and I really enjoy colouring them and creating with them so I consider myself very lucky to have all these beauties available to play with.
You could get your little crafty mitts on 3 of these images - that you get to choose and for free by playing along and entering our challenge. The winner of this prize is picked at random so everyone has an equal chance to win. You just need to join us and show us what you have made with these gorgeous digital stamps!
So for my new challenge card I have used a very aptly named image called Amore.
I'm really loving black & white stripes at the mo with gold or silver metallic embellishments!
I used a die from Lawn Fawn with gold mirri and cut some little flags from co-ordinating card. I added some letters from Doodlebug to spell out the name of the young lady I had made this card for and mounted it all on red mirri.
I hope you like her and we will see lots of you enter our new March challenge #91

I made this card for My Dad who's birthday it was yesterday. He has just got a new car so thought this image would be funny - especially as it has our little dog Bertie in the front basket!! The image is called Fatman and Bobbin from Dr Digi.

Hugs for Mother's Day
Howdie all!
I though I should share with you my latest creation using a brand new image from All Dressed Up called Pretty Blooms.
This is a Mothers day image but I actually cut the greeting which says Love you Mummy away as I think my Mum would think I had gone made calling her Mummy - but it just shows how versatile this image is as it really could be for any type of card. I love her - I think it is a really cute image.
I coloured her with copics and used a die cut to cut out HUGS and layered some My Favourite things paper on the base card so it shows through the letters. The Happy Mothers Day across the top is a stamp from Lawn Fawn.
You can see all the other new release images and some amazing inspiration by the DT here at the ADU challenge blog and here at the ADU facebook page
They really are lovely new images as always from our talented Wendy.
Enjoy your Friday evening folks,

Spirit of the Woods,
Hello -
A new challenge has started over at The paper shelter challenge blog
and its a lovely theme called Let it be spring. This will let your creativity flow right!? I really enjoyed colouring this image called Spirit of the Woods
It really reminded me of the few warm(er) mornings & evenings we had recently when the Hubby and I have gone for a lovely walk (Mainly ending up in the pub admittedly) when the sun has been going down and its all hazy.
Then we had the storm that threw it all back to winter and since then it just seems to have rained none stop!!

The background comes with the image and I used a map die cut in reverse to get the woodland effect frame. I added a little resin owl and some little stickers for the greeting. I think it is really cute and hope you do too!! The image was coloured with Copics.
I hope you will all join in the fab challenge and you could pick this image if you win along with loads of others with the voucher!
Have a great day,

Copic Uk facebook challenge
Hello -
Thought I would share a card I made recently to share as inspiration on the COPIC UK facebook page monthky challenge. I'm helping out a little with the challenge so you should all pop over and share your copic colouring here - } March Challenge.
and I have teamed it up with Lawn Fawn paper that I used a My Favourite things scalloped die to cut the edge. The stamped greeting is from Paper Smooches and I finally added so little enamel dots.
I hope you like it - I certainly enjoyed all the copic colours I got to play with and pleased with the Purple combo on her dress!
Thanks for stopping by - Liz (:(|)x
