Christmas Penguin
Hello! I'm back with some more inspiration using the new release images from All Dressed Up. You can see them all on the facebook page and over at the blog. This one I've been playing with is called Christmas Penguin You can get your mitts on them at the Etsy shop.
The striped background paper with the heart and greeting are from Lawn Fawn Snow day collection whilst the patterned papers are from Lawn Fawn Knit Picky collection. I used a Martha Stewart edge punch on the green paper and added a thin strip of red mirri card to give the knitted paper a boarder.
I die cut the image with Lawn Fawn Stitched circle die and then added some stickles around the image to make it shimmer like frost. I attached some white pompom trim and finally a little sparkly snowflake.
I used these promarkers and flexmarkers to colour the image -
Poppy, Ruby & Burgundy
Powder Blue
Cinnamon & Henna
Cool Grey 2 - 5
Mandarin & Canary
Forest green & Grass.
Hope you like my creation with this lovely new image.

Wild Onesie Wynona
Morning - I had fun making this one! This is Onesie Wynona and I just knew I had to use this paper with her! I reckon she'd be a right Cougar..Lol!
These days I would happily spend my nights in my Onesie rather than going out for a night and I do love a singsong!
The paper is from Kaisercraft Say Ahola and it has a texture with the black markings being glossy. This actually made it really hard to shade but think shows up enough to give her some definition. I used My favourite things letter dies with the same paper to die cut Wild and stamped the greeting either side. The stamps are also from MFT and called Essential sentiments.
I used a My Favourite things Scalloped stitched edge die on the card front and also on pink mirri card.
I used these promarkers and flexmarkers to colour the image -
Skin - Antique white, Blush, Soft Peach, Coral & Spice
Baby Pink, Carmine & Hot Pink
Warm greys 1 to 5
Have a lovely Sunday - Hope your not all getting battered too much by Storm Brian!

Tiddly Inks - Sloth Hugs
Here is my third and final entry into the Tiddly Inks 2:3 Challenge and I had so much fun colouring this image. I have been wanting a long fur to colour for a while after seeing a tutorial by Annabel at Cartway Cards where she showed how to achieve this effect with Prismacolor pencils. And I have to say I am chuffed with how well he has turned out! The image is from Tiddly Inks called Sloth's life.
I used a Kraft card base and added a panel of Fauna paper from Doodlebug. I die cut the image panel with a My Favourite things scalloped stitched edge and tied some twine around the edge before using 3d foam to adhere it with some extra dimension. I coloured some little chipboard heart and the double Hugs word with promarkers. I also used some Spectrum Noir clear sparkle pen on the word to give it some extra shimmer.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges -
Passion for Promarkers - ANYTHING GOES
So this will also be entered into the Tiddy inks challenge - Look at this wicked prize!!

Girlie Winterlight Wynn
Hello - I'm back again today to share my second creation for the Tiddly Inks 2:3 Challenge.
This one is for the second theme of Girlie Girl and what could be more girlie that pink, shimmer and gems. It is quite rare for me to do muted tones but I really love the natural and soft look of this using the filigree card base from Papermania. This image from Tiddly Inks is called Winterlight Wishes
I've included a closer picture so you can see the lovely shimmer on the polar bear which I got using a Spectrum Noir clear sparkle pen and a little stickles. The ribbon and wooden embellisment are for Hobby craft. The pink background paper is from Pink Fresh Oh Joy collection which I think is my favourite so for Christmas papers.
I coloured the image using promarkers - A little powder blue on the polar bear and Blossom and baby pink on Wynn's clothes. I used warm greys on her hair and the fox.
Just look at this amazing prize... how much fun I could have spending this!!! FINGERS CROSSED!
All for now and Ill be back tomorrow with my last card for the 2:3 challenge.

Birthday Monsters
Today is the start of a new challenge at I love Promarkers and our theme is Birthdays -Easy right!! So no excuses not to get your entries in!! We are sponsored by Bugaboo and I've used this fab image called Birthday Monsters
All the patterned papers are from Doodlebug Hip Hip Hooray collection. The image was cut out with a Lawn fawn circle die which I trimed down to the stitched detail so I could mat it onto the orange die cut. I cut the tag by hand and punched a hole to feed the ribbon through which I tied with some twine. I used glaze and cosmic shimmer on the balloons and added some googly eyes to the monsters, The greeting is a clear sticker from Kaisercraft and the other letters are from Doodlebug. I used a little silver and white pen to add details and finally a few little stars scattered around.
I used these promarkers and flexmarkers to colour the image -
Aquamarine, Oasis & Frosted Jade.
True Blue, Royal Blue, Egyptian Blue & Sky Blue
Canary, Gold & Mandarin
Lime Zest, Lime Twist, Lime Green & Pear Green
Hope you like this colourful card

ADU Feed the birds
There is a new challenge starting over at All Dressed Up and as always the theme is anything goes as long as it is using an All Dressed Up Image. Ive used Feed the Birds
Now I coloured this image up whilst I was on our little holiday in the glamping lodge- I was sitting by the log burner , colouring by virtually candle light and drinking red wine feeling all snug and autumnal. (I've added a few pics as its an indulgent memory for me!! ) Today - a month later and the weather is warmer at 18 degrees and I'm sitting in a t-shirt! What is going on!!??
I used Prismacolor pencils to colour the image and I die cut it with a spellbinders die. The edge of the patterned paper I did with a punch from Woodware. The paper is from My Favourite things and the background paper has wood grain effect and is from Bazzill basics. I added a wooden embellishment leaf and little bird and finally tied some twine in a bow and secured it with a matte enamel dot sprinkle from Doodlebug.
I tell you there are million worst places to colour! I would love to go back - reckon I could quite happily life a simple life!!
All for now - looking forward to seeing lots of enteries!!

Alpaca the Wine.
Good Morning - Now you all know I love a pun - especially when an animal is involved too.... So here is Alice the Alpaca from Dr Digi - sending her Happy Birthday wishes along with some celebratory wine!
I used two different colours of pompom trim to keep a Peruvian theme (Are Alpaca's from Peru? and whats the difference between an Alpaca and a Llama??) along with the geometric patterened paper from My My Minds eye Jubilee Tangerine collection.
I cut the pattern panel and image using a My Favourite Things die called Wonky Stitched rectangle and then used stamps from Paper Smooches and Lawn Fawn Harolds ABC before finishing the card off with some co-ordinating enamel dots.
I only used a handful of promarker pens to colour the image -
Black
Warm Grey 1 to 5
Surf Blue & Powder blue
Coral, Baby Pink & Blossom
Have a great Sunday... Liz (:(|)x

Tango'd
Hello - Sorry Im a bit late posting this today... but there is a new challenge going live at The Paper Shelter today and the theme is Music and Dance. I have been waiting for a chance to colour up this fab image which is called Tango!
The background paper is from My Favourite things and the pad is Black & white basics. I used some red mirri card to cut some music notes from MFT note dies and also used black and gold mirri to die cut the skyline.
I added a chipboard greeting from Make it Crafty which I coloured with Ruby and Black promarkers and then covered with Spectrum noir clear sparkle pen for a bit of shimmer. Finally the whole image panel was mounted onto a gold mirri mat.
I coloured her with Prismacolor pencils and kept it very monotone - just adding a little glow from the light and a dot of Stickles on the light bulb.
Im pleased with how she turned out as I really wanted to get the sense of night time and being a bit sultry!!
Be great to see all your entries into the challenge and just look at the amazing prize!

Take a Hike
Morning - having a little break from Chirstmas... I saw these papers from American Crafts Creekside collection and thought they were perfect for this image, which is called Faldaree Deirdery Dunderton from Dr Digi.
I love the autumn - especially the days that are dry but cold and crisp so last weekend we went to a local country park for a wander with the deer.
I used Prisma color pencils to colour the image and then cut around her. I mounted the paper panel on to mustard yellow and red Bazzill card and tied a little twine around the top. I added the bag charm to the twine before I glued it all in place.
Hope you like the card and get chance to get some fresh air this weekend.
