After our summer break we are back with a new challenge at The Paper Shelter blog. The theme is dies and punches and I have used an image called A Refreshing Break.
I'm sorry my picture isn't as good a normal but I am currently without craft room due to major house renovations so I am having to improvise on things a little!!
I used a tree die from Memory Box and a My Favourite thing stitched wonky edge die to cut the hill from Doodlebug puppy love paper pad. I also used My Favourite things stitched wonky edge rectangle die to cut and frame the image which I coloured using copics. Finally I added a greeting from Pebbles.
I hope you like her and will get chance to play along with the challenge.

Wryn loving her teddy bear.
Hello -
Today I am sharing a card I made using Wryn Loving and teddy bears from Tiddly inks.
The greeting "Big hugs" was made using a Lawn Fawn Die called Big scripty words. I cut this from heart paper from Doodlebug pad called Puppy love. The heart paper at the bottom of the card is also from this pad. I die cut the image using a My Favourite things dies and attached this to the Kraft card base using 3d foam.
I used these copics to colour Wryn and I used a dotting method on the Teddy bear to try and make him look textured and fluffy! I think it has worked out ok but I need more practice!
Well thats all from me for now,

Have A ball
Morning - I made this card for my Brother in Laws birthday - They have three dogs so anything pooch themed is always good for him! This image is from Dr Digi and is called Graham and Grendel.
I used paper and the greeting from Doodlebug Puppy Love collection and covered the card base. I used a stencil to act as an embossing folder for the paw prints which I then die cut with a My Favourite things double stitched oval die.
I used Copics to colour the image.
Right thats all from me for today... I off out with the Girls for an early birthday lunch and cocktails ..
I will soon be 40!!! I really don't know where the last decade went!!
Have a lovely day,.
