Summer Breeze - All dressed up freebie.

 Evening!
Popping in to share my creation -
Have you all got your sticky crafty fingers on this freebie image yet from our facebook group ?  If not you need to pop over to Kit & Clowder and follow the instructions!
It is called Summer Breeze and was a joy to create with with the grey rainy saturday we just had.

The papers are from COCOA VANILLA Happiness collection and I used a spell binders die to cut away the middle and mounted the dark paper behind it. I used copics to colour the image. and 3d foam to raise the flower papers up to give some dimension.

Don't forget to share your creations with us and why not join the blog or facebook challenge ? You could win more of these beautiful All Dressed Up images.

Lifeguard Lynn

Morning - so I've had chance to catch up on a little colouring this week and played with this new image called Lifeguard Lynn from Dr Digi. I also used the Lifebelts paper.
Now for some reason my mojo for using the coloured up images to make a card is struggling a bit of late. So I'm letting myself of the hook a bit by making them up and stepping away till I think of how to complete them. No point in messing it up.

What do you do when your mojo is low?

All for now, Liz (:(|)x

Denim City Girls

Hello -

Its the 15TH so... not only does that mean its PAYDAY!! but it is also the start of a new challenge at All Dressed Up. I coloured up this image called City Girls.
I coloured the image with copics and cut a frame using a Lawn Fawn die from Demin fabric - I glued this first to card to give it more sturidness (is that a word??) and help stop it fraying. The die cut through the fabric really well!  So much I decided to cut a flower also to match the flower in the girls hair and added a little red button and some red ribbon. Demin is just so practical on a city break!!

Be lovely to see you join our challenge - only rule is you have to use an All Dressed Up image and they are gorgeous you will be spoilt for choice!!!

See you all soon -I'm off out for a run whilst the weather is nice and dry.
Have a great evening and week,

Dumbell derek

This is Dumbell Derek  from Dr Digi - keeping his strength up and doing his fitness training to stay young and healthy. I thought this sentiment from My Favourite things was perfect to go with him but I am not sure how those bandy legs and knobbly knees are holding him up.

I have kept this card clean and simple but I think it looks quite effective with the striped My Favourite things paper.
I am in work today so I hope you all have a much more fun than I do!

Love is in the air.

Afternoon -
I'm back again today as it is New Release day over at All Dressed Up Stamps and I got to play with this image called Wedding Balloon. The version of this in the shop has a veil on the bride also. But I thought it would make a perfect anniversary card as Ben proposed to me in a Hot Air Balloon (Despite him being afraid of heights!!) so Wendy was happy for me to use it without the veil. I would always recommend asking the designer / artist before you alter an image though as it could be a copyright issue.

The image was coloured with copics and I used a die to create the cloud edge and attached both pieces to acetate and glued blue stripped My Favourite things paper behind.

You can see the other new releases over at the All Dressed Up Challenge blog or at the All dressed up Facebook group.  And please share your creations with us! We love to see what everyone is making with these lovely images.

The most adorable Ducky

Here is my latest card for the Paper Shelter challenge - the theme is Spring and I've used The most adorable Ducky

Sorry Stocks

Morning -
I coloured this image called SORRY STOCKS  from Dr Digi up a week or so ago but seems quite apt to post it this weekend. I had a boozy night out on Friday with my work girls and was drinking lots of cocktails so I know we were very noisy walking home and when we all got back to mine with music and singing... also the Sat morning I felt a little delicate so I made them make there own breakfasts!! Such a fabulous host I am!! So this card can be for them and the local neighbourhood whose peace we definitely disturbed...
I feel like this card needs something else across the top but my mojo was being overwhelmed by my hangover and I could not figure out what to put on it so any suggestions welcome!
Right time for me to go for a run... burn off some of those calories!!

Good Afternoon
Wow it's April! How did that happen!! And its April Fools Day... Now some may say Faye is playing an April prank by letting me loose with the Challenges over at Copic UK facebook group!! But I hve been trusted with this and I am thrilled to be able to do my bit to help the group.

So the theme this month is Anything goes with the Optional extra of Flowers - easy right? 🌺🌼
and you get the chance to win two Copic Ciaos by adding as many entries as you like to the album. It doesn't even need to be a full or completed project - just share your Copic colouring with us. We love to see it!
You have until close of play on Tuesday 30th April 2019 when Faye will announce the winner on Wednesday 1st May.

And I have coloured it with these copics -

Flower - Y08, Y17 & YR16
Seeds -B60, B63 & B66
