The Beautiful Aerialist

Morning - There is a new challenge at The Paper Shelter and the theme is pearl and lace - What a great challenge theme! I have used an image called The Beautiful Aerialist 

 

I loved colouring this image and it reminded me of the Greatest Showman that I have recently seen. I coloured the image with Copics and die cut the image. I attached lace all around the edges covered the back with black & white striped card from My Favourite things. 

I hope you like this card - Im pleased with how this has turned out.

Spring walks

Hello -  We have a new challenge at All Dressed Up starting today.
For my challenge this month I have used Spring Walks

Onesie Wynona

Morning - Ive been paper piecing again with animal print paper and this fab image from Dr Digi called Onesie Wynona
She is my Ode to Eurovision as she sings her little heart out. I admit I love Eurovision - It makes me laugh and it is definitely my guilty pleasure!!

Hope you have a lovely Sunday - Im working... BOO!! but it does mean when all normal people are heading to work on a Monday morning - I get a lie in!!

May New release images at All Dressed Up

Afternoon on this sunny Bank Holiday (a phrase that is not heard often enough!!)
And to make this day even better - there is a new release of four images at All Dressed Up and they are perfect for Fathers Day and for the schools breaking up for summer which is not that far away!!
I got to play with Daddys Day. Love this cute little bear. You can see all the new images here at the blog and you can see the inspiration from others on the Design Team. 

The papers are from Echo Park and cut with a Mama Elephant moutain die. I added the matching Enamel shapes from Doodlebug and fussy cut around the image which I had coloured using Copics. I added a thin black boarded with a fineliner pen just the frame the image.
I hope you like it and will continue to enter your cards into the ADU challenge.

Pierre the postie

Morning - Im back with Pierre the Postie,
I thought he went perfectly with the paper and these little envelopes where you could put a secret little message! 
These little envelopes would also be easy to make yourselves from brown paper.

I used a die to try and make a stamp shape image which the image was printed on to. I coloured him using Copics and added some twine which is from Papermania the same as the background paper.

Just a quick one from me today - lots to do!

Lovely Donkeys

Good Morning- The new challenge starting today over at The Paper Shelter and the theme is Love is in the Air. I have used an image called Always Together.   So I reckon one is a Donkey and one a Unicorn??

I cover the base with doodlebug paper which was mounted on to Satin card. I also used the satin card to die cut the Heart with a Spellbinders die and also the Love Ya die from Lawn Fawn. I added some co-ordinated Enamel dots and used  little white pen to highlight bits of the image
I used these copics to colour the gorgeous creatures...
Donkey -  Y06, Y08, Y19 & YR16, RV23, RV06, R35 & R29
Unicorn - B000, B00, BG01, B23, B66 & YG11 & YG03.

I hope you think they are lovely too!!

CAS Cow

I love promarkers has a new challenge starting today and the theme is CAS - Clean and simple and the sponsor is Dr Digi. I have used an image called Cuddly Critter Cow.

The background paper is from Barnyard collection at Bella Blvd and I used a stamp greeting from My Favourite things. I die cut some grass and couldn't resist adding a few pink enamel dots.
But as its a CAS theme - I stopped there!!
I used promarkers and flexmarkers to colour the cuddly critter.

I hope you will join our challenge which is going to be a Anything Goes theme with an optional twist from now on so easier to join in.
