Digital Backgrounds
Hello!
The new challenge at the Paper Shelter is a Digi theme. Now this could just be a digital image but I decided to do something I've not done for a while and made a card without a coloured image. So I used the background papers from Wearing Spring
I printed them out a few times and cut less and less from each layer before I used 3d foam to attach them.

I mounted the background onto some grey card and added some Wink of Stella clear on to some of the leaves. Finally I used a Make It Crafty chippie and coloured the base layer in a matching grey colour with copics (I had to get them in somewhere right!!?) I think it looks quite effective over all and shows how many uses there are with the image packages from The Paper Shelter not just the individual image alone!!

Blue and yellow Copic challenge.
Hello
It is the 1st June!! How did that happen? But is does mean the new challenge has started over at Copic UK and this months theme is to use Blue & Yellow. I've used this fab curvy girl image from Stamping Bella and teamed her up with paper from My Favourite things
I used a Make It Crafty Chipboard greeting which I coloured with Copics. I also added some Clear wink of Stella but Im not sure you can see the sparkle too much on this photo.
Well I hope you like her and will all join in the challenge,
Have a great weekend

Copic UK April Challenge - Flowers
Good Afternoon
Wow it's April! How did that happen!! And its April Fools Day... Now
some may say Faye is playing an April prank by letting me loose with the
Challenges over at Copic UK facebook group!! But I hve been trusted with this and I am thrilled to be able to do my bit to help the group.
You have to ask to be a member of the group to be able to play along but just hola and I'm sure you will be added.
So the theme this month is Anything goes with the Optional extra of Flowers - easy right? 🌺🌼
and you get the chance to win two Copic Ciaos by adding as many entries as you like to the album. It doesn't even need to be a full or completed project - just share your Copic colouring with us. We love to see it!
You have until close of play on Tuesday 30th April 2019 when Faye will announce the winner on Wednesday 1st May.

Flower - Y08, Y17 & YR16
Seeds -B60, B63 & B66
Leaves - G00 & G02
Wings - RV00 with a little Diamond stickles.
I used paper from Cocoa Vanilla Happiness collection and satin card which I cut with a My Favourite Things Stitched edge die. I used my copics to colour some Chippies from Make it Crafty to add the greeting.
Can't wait to see what everyone is creating, and hope you will share it with by joining the group if you aren't already!
