Morning - the new challenge is beginning at The Paper Shelter and the theme is all about love which being so close to Valentines Day is very appropriate isn't it.
I have used this fab image called How you doin?
I printed it on to Kraft card so I could use my Prismacolor pencils on the image.
I cut the paper panels from Echo Parks spots and dots collection and mounted them on white and I used a My Favourite Things die to cut a frame from the white also. I added some pink heart ribbon from American Crafts and made a little bow which I sealed with a pink resin flower.
I finally added some white pen details to the image and I'm please with how it has come out.
So now its your turn to show us your cards and creations - There is a fab prize to win - Just think how many digis that will buy you !!
I would like to enter this card into these challenges -
Have a good day and I hope you get some time to craft and colour!

So I can finally reveal that I have had the cards that I made using Dr Digi images published in Making Cards Magazine which is out now. In the magazine is a discount code for your to get these fab Christmas images...
I used a DoCrafts 12 Days of Christmas Filigree Card blank amd covered the inside with Lawn Fawn Snow day patterened paper. I printed the image which is called Simple Santa onto Super smooth card and coloured the image with Promarkers. I die cut the image using a Lawn Fawn stitiched circle die and attached it to the middle of the card. I added some Amercian Crafts Ribbon and then added the greeting from Craftworks cards onto a punched circle. I used diamond stickles to add some sparkle to the snowman and finally added a Holly leaf embellishment from Hobbycraft.

So classy
Morning - We have a new challenge starting at The Paper Shelter and the theme is embossing. I have used an image called So classy. Isn't he a daper fellow!
I covered a round base card with patterned paper and embossed some mirri board using an embossing folder. I also die cut and embossed the city scape which I glued in place and sealed with a ribbon from American Crafts. The letters are from Cosmo Cricket and I made them fit the oval panel.
I used these Promarkers and flexmarkers to colour the image -
Skin - Usual
Suit - Linen, Champagne & Praline
Hair - Warm Grey 3 & 5
Car - Black, Cool greys 1 to 5, Frosted jade & Pastel Green
I also used silver and gold pen to add details to the car.
I would love to see your creations - And any type of embossing is allowed.... Just look at what you could win...
Thanks for stopping by - See you soon,
Liz xx

Using new toys at I Love Promarkers Challenge.
Our sponsors is KennyK and you could get more new things with the prize of 3 Images of your choice. There are loads of bold, cheeky and fun digi stamps and clear stamp sets and even better it’s 30% OFF your first purchase with

I have used an image called Socialite 1920'S Flapper and I have used my new Die-namics double stitched oval die that my Hubby bought me for Christmas.
I covered a base card with foiled gold arrow paper from My Minds Eye My Story collection. I coloured the image using Promarkers and then die cut around it using my new Die-namics double stitched oval die. I used a gold pen and some diamond stickles to added detail to the Image. I picked a tag from the Noir De Luxe tag pad from Craftworks Cards and attached it with 3d foam and placed a pink resin flower at the top. I added some ribbon from American Crafts and topped it off with a a paper black and gold bow from the same Craftworks Card collection.
I used these promarkers and flexmarkers -
Skin - Antique White, Blush, Soft Peach, Coral, Spice and Magenta lips.
Jacket and Hat - Fresh Bloom, Budding Rose, Dusky Rose & Antique pink.
Hair - Chestnut.
Dres & Gloves - Tan and Champagne.
Flower - Magenta & Baby Pink
Power blue shading on the collar & cuffs.
I hope you like my creation with this image and my use of my new dies. Can't wait to see what new toys you have got for christmas or maybe bought in the sales!!
