Sassy collaboration ADU & Kit & Clowder.

So this weekend All Dressed Up stamps have a special collaboration going on with Kit & Clowder. Wendy has created this beautiful image called SASSY and it is only available as an exclusive Freebi (YEP!! Freebie) over at Kit and Clowder. You can see all the details on how to get her on our All Dressed Up Facebook Page...

So here is my Inspiration post using Sassy -
I used paper from Shimelle Glitter Girl collection and a star boarder die from Sunny Studio to cut the pink stars. I added some star gems from Papermania and I coloured Sassy with these copics -

I hope you like her and you will join us to get the free image and you may also find a cheeky discount code...

Feeing spoilt - Kit & Clowder event

Hello - We have a special event happening this weekend along side the party at Kit & Clowder.

And part of this event is that this image is being given away for FREE!!! She is just gorgeous and called Feeling Spoilt.
You can see all the details of the event at the Facebook page

I made this card for my Friends 40th and used a little die cut to cut the numbers from the patterend paper. The paper is from Dear Lizzy Lucky Charm pad and I used a My Favourite things scalloped edge die to cut the paper. I added some twine around the top and tied a bow which I glued in place and sealing with a little red heart from Hobbycraft.

The happy Birthday sticker is Kaiser craft .

I used these promarkers to colour the image -
Skin - Antique white, blush, soft peach, coral & Satin.
Hair - Sleigh Bells, Raw Sienna, Pineapple crush & Buttercup
Dress - Sky Blue, True Blue, Royal blue & Egyptian Blue.
Cocktail pink present and drink
Poppy & Leaf green rose.

Hope you are all enjoying the party !

All Dressed Up Team up with Kit & Clowder.

This weekend over at Kit and Clowder there is a big celebration with lots of companies and blogs joining in. The DT at All Dressed Up have been privileged to play along with this gorgeous freebie called Fairy Swing.
Click on these links below to find out how you can get this lovely image.

I kept my card pretty simple and printed the image out on Kraft card and coloured her using Prismacolor pencils. I added a little purple ribbon and knotted a Butterfly charm onto it.
I then decided to try Stampendous Frantage... should really have tried this out on a practice first to know what I was doing but no... I dived straight in and ended up blowing most of it away with the heat gun!! Finally I added a wooden word embellishment  to tie everything together.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges -

Thanks for popping by - and be quick as the celebration finish late today!!

Promarkers Colour Journal & Colouring class.

I've recently signed up for an colouring class with Kit and Clowder. I've only managed the first two classes so far but they have made me look at skin tone combos for Promarkers. I've found it really hard to find tutorials and combos for Promarkers on line as most are geared towards Copics or Spectrum Noir. I love my Promarkers (Soon to have the full set of both Promarkers and Flexmarkers - Whoop Whoop!) but the class teaches techniques which you can use with any medium.

At the same time -  Some Odd Girl started a Colour Journal project - Just the motivation I needed to record all my colour combos and practice colouring. It was Fate!! And I've loved decorating my Journal with this ace Stamping Bella image and Doodlebug letters.  I punched the edge tabs and then cut them in half and coloured them with Co-ordinated Promarkers. I used them to separate every two pages for each colour.

The lovely Kristy posted a Copic colour swatch YG03 which I matched a close as I could to my Promarkers as Lime Zest. Here's the page I made so far... The image is "Cockatoo" a digi stamp from Some Odd Girl.

So I'm going to share my combos with all you other Promarker users out there. As Some Odd Girl add the next colour so will I. And as I practice I will add more images to each page. My next class is Hair tones so that will be another page.

Hope you find them useful - I'll keep adding my promarker colour combos... Ive also created a new folder on my Pinterest board. Please feel free to share but please link back to my Blog as I'd love more followers.

Thanks All, (:(|)X
