Monochrome Art Deco Charm.

Morning - Today is the start of a new challenge at I Love Promarkers. The theme is Monochrome and we are sponsored by The Paper Shelter.
I have used this image called Art Deco Charm as I thought it would work well with minimal colour of pale pinks.

The background paper is from Carta Bella Hello Again collection. I use gold washi tape from Hobbycraft around the edges. I used a My Favourite things die to cut the gold frame and used the same card to mount the the greeting which is a sticker from Pebbles. I used gold pen to add some details on the image and glued a gold trimmed feather in place.

I used very few promarkers -
Skin - Usual
Sand Dune, Pink Mittens, Baby Pink & Cocktail pink.

I hope you like this card and I would love to see your creations in the challenge.

Dream Catcher.

Sorry peeps - For some reason I didn't post this on Wed!! Better late than never hey!!

Morning - today is that start of a new challenge at I love Promarkers.
The sponsor is Ike's Art and the theme is Embossing. I have used an image called Dreamcatcher.

The Patterned papers are from Crate Paper collection called Journey. The Wooden Feather is from Frackled Fawn. The cut the image in a panel and mounted it onto mint satin card. I added lots of gems to the image and some liquid pearls to give detail. I glued some ribbon on to the embossed and punch panel that had been made with a Martha Stewart. The Believe greeting is from Make it Crafty and I coloured the base layer with Promarkers in a co-ordinating colour.

I used these promarkers and flexmarkers -
Carmine & Cocktail pink
Marine & Oasis
Ice Grey 2 & 5
Sleigh Bells, Pineapple Crush, Buttercup & Eggnogg
Midnight Blue.

All from me for now,
