Hello -
Im sorry I am late in posting these cards here on my blog as they have been live on the All Dressed Up Challenge blog since the 7th as thats the day when we first showcase the gorgeous new images.
This first new image I got to play with is Lets Fly a Kite
and I teamed her up with a Mft Hugs die and the cloud stitched boarder die. The papers are both from Doodlebug and I coloured her with Copics,
The second image I used was Sight seeing in Paris and I wanted it to look like a polaroid picture in a frame so I used aMFT die and used Doodlebug gold arrows to add corners. I also added some Paris skyline washi tape. I added a Eiffel tower embellishment which I coloured with gold pen and I used a greeting from Pebbles with Happy Birthday in gold.
Pop over to the challenge blog and the facebook page to see the other new images and what the amazing DT have created with them.

Hen Do!
Morning - I was at my Sister-in-laws Hen party last week and so I coloured this image up, which is called Bachelorette Babs. It just shows Dr Digi has an image for every occasion
I kept the card fairly simple and covered a base card with My Favourite things Black & white basic stripes and two stripes of Washi tape.
I added a few gems and some hearts and lips from some stickers I got on sale at Paperchase.
I used florescent pink copic to colour the image along with grey copics.
Right thats all from me for now... make sure you visit the website to see all the latest image and there are many perfect ones for your Fathers Day cards!

Finally I added a thin strip of silver washi tape.
I used these flexmarkers and Promarkers to colour the image -

Monochrome Art Deco Charm.
Morning - Today is the start of a new challenge at I Love Promarkers. The theme is Monochrome and we are sponsored by The Paper Shelter.
I have used this image called Art Deco Charm as I thought it would work well with minimal colour of pale pinks.

Don't lose your Head!
As it is very nearly Halloween I have used a Dr Digi image called Headless.
I knew I wanted to colour this image but wasn't sure what to create to go with him as we don't really do Halloween - but then whilst hunting through my stash for inspiration I found this ribbon / twine - not really sure what to call it really! But it reminded me of whispy cobwebs and spooky haunted houses.
I have cut some Simple Stories Frankie and Friends paper and matted it on black and dark red base card. I actually went about this card a bit wonky as I found the twine and stuck this all over the base card before I had decided to add the washi tape (From Hobbycraft) and the peel off (From my stash!) So I had to do some jigging around and that whispy stuff got everywhere!!
I added the doodlebug letters using all different fonts which is a great way to use up all the spares! I also used a little gold pen to add the details of buttons and buckles.
I used these promarkers / flexmarkers to colour the image -
Skin - Antique white, Blush, Soft Peach, Coral & Spice.
Pants - Marsh Green & Pesto
Jacket - Poppy, Ruby, Cardinal Red, Crimson & Burgundy.
Collar - Linen & Sandstone
Shoes & hair - Warm Grey 1-5
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges -
Hope you have a spooky weekend!

Nan's birthday - Mesmerising Scent.
Good Morning - There is a new challenge this morning over at I love promarkers and the theme is Flowers and Nature.
I have used an image from The Paper Shelter called - Mesmerizing scent. And I actually used this image to make Nan's birthday card.
I covered the base card with My Minds Eye - My Story paper - but because this is a bigger card I had space left at the bottom so I used a Friskars boarder punch to cut some Bazzill bling and under this I glued gold Mirri. I also added some detail using a thin piece of gold diamond washi tape from Hobbycraft.
I die cut the image with a Lawn Fawn stitched frame and mounted this on gold mirri and tied some ribbon around it in a bow. I added a Craftworks cards greeting and a Petaloo butterfly. Finally I added the gold letters from ... to spell out Nan and a heart.
I used these promarkers and flexmarkers -
Leaves - Honeydew & Mint
Butterfly & bottle top - Primrose, Buttercup, Pineapple Crush, Sleigh Bells.
Shading - Warm Grey 1 & 3
Bottles -Powder Blue
Flowers - Pink Mittens, Baby Pink, Carmine
Bows - Ruby, Poppy & Red
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges -
Sunnyday crafting -ATG
Crafty Sentiments - For someone special
Scarp-creations - Birthday
Through the craft room door - ATG
Unicorn Challenge - Birthday
Craft-dee bowz - ATG with handmade bow
Use your stuff - Butterflies
Hope you like this card - and the image I've used.

Need a personalised Teacher Card?
Hi All - I'm currently making a few cards for Thank you's as its nearly the end of term. These can be personalised with names for the favourite teacher too. This one uses a stamp from Stamping Bella Uptown girl range called Tessie the Teacher.

I covered the card base with paper from Simple Stories Snap collection and then added a strip of the books which is from Echo Park Teachers pet collection. I die cut a panel from Blackboard paper from My Minds Eye All things chalk 6x6 paper pad using a My Favourite things wonky stitched die. I used versamark to stamp the greeting and then heat embossed it with white powder from Papermania.
I used a little strip of Doodlebug washi tape and finally added the paper clip around which I tied a little ribbon. I cut around the image and used 3d foam to attach it to the card after I added a little glaze to her glasses and the cup.
I used these promarkers and Flexmarkers to colour Tessie -
Skin - Spice, Coral, Soft peach, Blush & Antique White. Cerise pink cheeks.
Globe - Cloud blue, Sky blue & Azure. Meadow green, Grass & Emerald.
Desk - Sandstone, Cinnamon & Cocoa
Skirt - Ice greys and black top.
Apple & Book - Red, Poppy & Burgandy
Cardy - Soft Lime, Lemon & Canary with Orange and gold pockets.
Cup - Cerise & Cocktail pink
Books & Paper - Champagne.
Hair - Walnut, Burnt Sienna, Cocoa & Terracotta
Just drop me a note - here or on facebook - if you would like any personalised card - not just teachers.

For your Wedding Day
Hello - Todays card is to show you one of the new digital image designs from All dressed up.
This image is called For your Wedding Day and you can buy the image by clicking on the link.
There are four new images in total - all on the wedding theme which is very apt for me and I have just finished making my Wedding invitations. Have a look at the All Dressed up Blog to see lots of inspiration.
For this card I coloured the image using promarkers and then die cut the image using a Spellbinders Nestibilities. I used the next size up to cut a mat from Gold mirri and mounted the image on it.
I used a similar shape base card and cut away the front half. I covered the remaining half with Crate paper called Kiss Kiss and edged this with gold foiled rose washi tape from Hobbycraft. The inside I covered with gold foiled spotty paper from My Minds Eye On trend 2. (I love this collection!)
Finally I used a white Wink of Stella brush pen over the shoes to make the shimmer gently but you can only really see this on the next photo!
I used these promarkers and flexmarkers to colour the image -
Outer shoe & leaves - Honeydew & Mint Green
Inner Shoe - March Hare.
Bow & Rose - Light Fawn, Soft peach, Peach & Rose Peach.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges -
Thanks for stopping by... See you again soon,

My Favourite Things Christmas Cards.
Just catching up with the Christmas cards so I thought I would post one showing all the cards I made using My Favourite Things Stamps. They are all made using the same clean and simple layout. The first three I made using stamps from the Santa's Elves collection. I cut a partial circle using the Friskars circle cutter from My Favourite Things papers - Calm and Cozy
I used Queen & co Washi tapes along the edges of the cards and added some gems on to the cards. I used star dust stickles on the images to make the fluffy bits sparkle. I stamped the greetings using Versa Mark and adhered the images using 3d foam. On one card I used Doodlebug letters to personalize the card for a cousin.
I used these promarkers & flexmarkers to colour the images -
Clothes & presents -
Lime Zest, Lime Green & Grass.
Grass, Emerald & Pine.
Poppy, Ruby & Cardinal Red.
Powder blue for shading.
Bells & Hair - Canary & Gold.
These next two cards use stamps from the set called Merry Christmoose. I cut a partial circle using the Friskars circle cutter from My Favourite Things paper - Fresh Squeezed Chevron.
I used Queen & co Washi tapes along the edges of the cards and added some gems on to the cards. I stamped the greetings using Versa Mark and adhered the images using 3d foam.

I used these Promarkers and Flexmarkers to colour the images -
Ice Greys
Lime Zest, Lime Green & Grass,
Powder blue, Sky blue & True blue,
Pastel green, Oasis & Ocean Teal.
Hot pink & Wild Cranberry.
I hope you like these simple cards - they were great for making for all my friends as they were pretty quick to do.
Back soon with the normal posting schedule and maybe some exciting news...
See you soon,

This stamp is from Lawn Fawn and is called Winter Alpaca - I love the pun sentiment that goes with this image! I used paper from the Lawn Fawn Snow Days collection. I cut a partial circle shape with the friskars cutter and glued it to the A6 card base.
I stamped the sentiment on the card at the side of the coloured image which I adhered with 3d foam, along with a couple of presents from the My Favourite things stamps I blogged about earlier.
I used a stripe of Queen & Co Washi tape along the edge of the card along with a few little clear gems.

Love from Pig
Hello - Thought I would do a quick post for this card that I made recently for the Boyf's birthday.
His pet name for me is Pig (in an affection way like Babe the pig in the film - not in the fat greedy way??! Although I do like to trough down on cake and chocolate!) This image was perfect for his card and is called Birthday Pig with Balloon from Gerda Steiner Designs. This image was free and there are several others that are on offer also but they are all such lovely crisp images - I know I am going to become a regular customer!
The striped background paper is from My Minds Eye - Black & Grey necessities and the blue spot is washi tape from Queen & co. I hand cut a tag from Kraft card and tied some black ribbon through the punched hole. After I had coloured the image I added some glaze to the balloon and sprinkled some cosmic shimmer glitter into it. I then used 3D foam to attach the image to the tag and used Peels off & Doodlebug letters to create the sentiment. I also added an enamel Heart from Hobbycraft and a few co-ordinating enamel dots.
I coloured Pig in with Baby pink, Cocktail pink & Salmon pink pro/flexmarkers.
I used Powder blue, Sky & Azure on the balloon and Turquoise, lime & canary on his hat.
I also used a little warm grey to add some shading.
It's a simple card but really please with how effective it has turned out and will def be using more of these fab images.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges -

May's Colour Mojo
Its Time for the May Colour inspiration - this month its Turquoise
For those who have been following the colour journal journey - This has been inspired by Some Odd Girl and
Kristy - who uses Copics so its great to be able to convert the colours
to Promarkers as there isn't as much guidance or colour combos out
there for Pros as there are the Copics.
So here is my latest page in my colour Journal. (If you want to see the other pages- just click on the label and all the pages will appear.) So far I have done Lime Green, Yellow and now this lovely colour.
I ran out of time a little so I only did the Turquoise on the blue specrum but plan to do some with a more Green base too.
This image is from Some Odd Girl and is called Tweeting. I shouldn't have completed him but it seemed wrong not too... So I did finish him and then I did exactly why I shouldn't finish my journal images - I used him on a card!!
Here's the finished Card.... Now I will have to colour him again to put back in my journal! Oh well - Good job I love colouring!! I am pleased with the card and..... drum roll... I won the SOG Critter Challenge with him! Which means I can buy even more of the fab images to colour!! Its WIN WIN!
I used My Minds Eye papers and some new Doodlebug Washi tape and Heart stickers. The Red washi tape I actually bought in Tesco! The stamped greeting is from Paper Smooches and I just coloured the heart in with Poppy Promarker.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges...

Hope you like this Months Colour - Can't wait to see what colour Kristy will pick for next month...

Rocky the Black eyed boxer.
This, Ladies & Gents, is Rocky. He is another great image from Dr Digi.
I am about a week late posting this as I made it for my Brother In Laws Birthday last Sunday but also there was the big Boxing match in America - so it would have been very topical. Boys seem to love boxing - I don't really get it.
But here he is Rocky for you on this weeks card. I kept this card simple in design and colour as I think the Image alone is enough.
Card recipe -
I printed Rocky off fairly big and coloured him in using Promarkers and Flexmarkers. I attached a strip of the big bold dot paper from my stash of Echo Park Dots & Stripes. I also added some Black Bazzill card to the card base and then added the Rocky piece to the base using large 3d foam pads. I used a Pebbles "Happy Birthday" and some washi tape I bought from Tesco! I attached some Doodlebug enamel dots in purple to co-ordinate with Rocky's black eye. Once I had coloured his gloves I covered them with Glaze.
Promarkers & Flex markers used -
Skin - Spice, Coral, Soft Peach, Blush & Antique white. Violet & Bluebell for his shiner!
Gloves & Shorts - Burgundy, Cardinal red, Ruby, Poppy, Red & Lipstick Red.
Belt & Boots - Cool Grey 1 to 5 & Black.
I want to enter this card into these challenges -

Hello - Just a quick post... still keeping that resolution to show you a card I made today. As is so often the case I used 2 SOG images that I joined together in Photoshop. Some Odd girl have created a great new forum full of advice, chat and inspiration. www.someoddgirl.ning.com Its also the 3rd birthday this week and will be loads of comps and giveaways.... Should definately pay a visit!
The card image was coloured with promarkers and I used Doodlebug cloud paper and MME green dot paper. The lettering is Doodlebug and tags made with Washi tape. I added the obligatory ribbon from http://www.ribbongirl.co.uk and loads of gems for bubble effect.
Hope you like the card. (:(|)x
