Apologies - This should have been posted on the 15th... I must have missed scheduling it!!!
Evening - We have some fabulous new images at All Dressed Up and I have been luck to play with one called The night before christmas
I have used a round base card and covered half with Pink Paislee star paper (Which I am totally in love with!) and the bottom half using a sheet from My Favourite things Plaid Merry & Bright. The greeting is from October Afternoon Holiday style. I used some ribbon from Hobbycraft to cover the join and a little bow tied in thin red twine above the Stocking. I mounted the wooden stocking embellishment from Wycinaka onto red mirri and added some wooden stars which were covered in Star dust stickles.
I used these promarkers and flexmarkers to colour the image -
Bow - Poppy, Cardinal Red & Burgundy.
Bedding- Pink Mittens, Baby Pink & Cocktail Pink & Powder blue.
Hair - Saffron, Buttercup & Pineapple crush.
Cool grey 2.
Bed - March Hare & Tan
Holly - Leaf Green & Lush Green.
There are lots of other creations made by the DT over at the Challenge blog and on the facebook page. Plus we have a challenge running every month from the 15th which is always an Anything goes theme as long as you use an All Dressed up iamge and even better there are some lovely freebies on the blog to get you started.
Hope you're all in full festive swing and I will be back with more Christmas cards soon.

Marvelous Iron Dan
Morning -
Today's card for the Doctor Digi DT is using Iron Dan. I wanted to do a night scene with this image so I used a black card base which I cut into a round shape.
The starry paper is from Pink Paisley - I die cut a circle of this using the Lawn Fawn stitched die and then layered two skyscapes from My Favourite Things from black and glittery orange card from Doodlebug. I added the letters which were from Hobbycraft to create the Marvelous pun (Get it?? Iron Man is a Marvel character... Too geeky??!)

When DT worlds collide...
Previous visitors to my blog will know my very exiciting recent membership to Design teams for I LOVE PROMARKERS & Dr Digi's House of Stamps.
Well spookily for this weeks challenge (#265) over at I LOVE PROMARKERS the sponsor is Dr Digi. The theme this week is "Many Happy Returns" - easy right? And the winner will get a chance to pick 2 Digi's for free.
Here is the card I made for the Challenge using Dr Digi image Martini Bianca, which you can buy here.
Card Recipe -
The Zigzag paper is from Pink Paisley and has a glaze to the black. The red paper is from Bazzill. I also used liquid glaze on the glass to make it reflect the light, along with on her Shoes and Lips.
I added Black and Red Gems to give it a little more sparkle.
I used a round base card for a change and I Die cut the edge with "Good Times" from My Favourite Things Die-namics "Celebrate".
Colour Mapping - Promarkers & Flexmarkers
Skin - Spice, Coral, Soft Peach, Blush, Antique White & Baby Pink - cheeks.
Stockings - Warm Greys - Warm Grey 5 to create the lines.
Ears - Carmine & Baby pink, Touch of grey for shading.
Shoes - Red, Poppy & Ruby
Hair - Vanilla, Pineapple Crush & Sleigh Bells.
Glass - Arctic Blue & Powder Blue (Eye shadow also)

40 is the new 50 - so 40 is the new 30??
This time it is Louise who is turning 40!
I really liked colouring this Stamping Bella image. Its the first time Ive coloured it with Promarkers even though I've had it for a while. Blue is not a usual colour for me to use but there was a challenge on the Stamping Bella blog with blues and golds which I thought was a lovely combination.
So I used this challenge as inspiration for my card. I love the copper foiled paper from Pink Paisley and with the image - I didn't think it needed much more.
I added some blue gems and ribbon along with a little glitter on the dress but I kept it pretty simple really. The greeting is from Pebbles. I didn't add a "40th" to it as I thought the card looked quite special as it was... and do we Girls want to add attention to our age?! Although if 40 is the new 50, then really Louise is only turning 30!!
